Garri with goat meat in okra stew

The word Garri originates from the Igbo language in Nigeria. It is used to describe any powdery material, especially foodstuff, such as flour grains. We serve Garri with goat meat in okra stew, the stew has Okra, chilli, palm nut oil, onion, garlic, ginger and salt. This is by far our favourites dish at Asante-Akim restaurant.
